We ship via the United States Post Office (USPS) and only within the USA. Please allow 3-4 business days for processing once payment has been confirmed. USPS ground shipping delivery dates depend on the USPS. A tracking number will be sent to you via email. Shipping charges have been incorporated into the final price of the item(s). Free shipping with purchases of $125 or more. Additional insurance will be added to any item valued over $100.

All items are carefully packaged with protective shipping material, so it is our general policy not to issue refunds. Items that are for sale are as described. Items with demonstration activations are subject to battery life and are as is.
